World Bodybuilding Championship 2014

new

It’s a matter of pride that Indian champions continue to take the sport of body building to new heights. This year (2014) offered us plenty of happiness and some disappointments too.

Waiting for triumph

The incredible Suhas Khamkar participated in IFBB world championship held in Brazil in November.

Khamkar was bigger than before and in great condition. However, he was out of top 5 (a decision which came as a blow to many persons, including me). But, being the incredible champion he is, I’m sure Suhas Khamkar will bounce back big and win the top prize soon. Dinesh Kamble placed third in his weight category.

Karan Singh made our country proud by finishing runner-up in Amateur Mr. Olympia.

WBPF World Championship

The first week of December 2014 was great with several Indian champions winning medals in the WBPF sixth World Bodybuilding Championship held in Mumbai.

Hats off to all these iron warriors who rocked the world. Our wishes to all the great champions of our country who have rocked the stage.
