The best 3

T. Gopi representing Jai Fitness won the overall title and took home a refrigerator as gift.  The improvements he has made in his physique are mind-blowing. His overall muscle size, round delts, arms, back, legs and conditioning are freaky. From being a ‘good bodybuilder,’ Gopi has now grown into a ‘great bodybuilder’ who can win medals for Tamil Nadu in national-level competitions.

Rajasekar, who won in 60 kg class, was the most ripped competitor in the entire contest. His physique was beautiful. With a little more mass, he is sure to go to the next level.

Vinoth Kumar, who won the 70-kg class, was full, thick and cut. He had round muscles and was in great shape too. He looked big and dominating in his category.

I’m trying to do whatever I can to the best of my abilities Ravishankar…I’ve been doing this since 2008, and those posts are also there in the archives. But, I cannot post too many photographs as I don’t have a facility like attaching an album, and so, it might look awful if I crowd the posts with more pictures. A lot of friends on Facebook are doing it anyway.
