Build bigger deltoids
Here is a unique exercise which, according to pro bodybuilders, stimulates growth in your deltoids, to make them appear rounder in side quarter turns and side poses. Rich Gaspari and Flex Lewis call it ‘Steering wheels,’ while Victor Martinez calls it ‘Shut up and drive!’ Hold a weight plate in front of you and turn it from left side to the right as if you were sitting at the steering wheel of a four-wheeler. Doing 3 or 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps each should be fine, I guess. Check out videos of Martinez or Gaspari to perfect your form. Add this movement to your repertoire of shoulder exercises and see those delts growing again. I recently tried it out on myself as well as some trainees and found that even stubborn delts start looking better.
