Train your legs hard

Eight out of 10 trainees at gyms don’t train their legs hard enough, if at all they do any leg work.

Legs function like foundation pillars for the entire body. Leg training, when done properly, offers multiple benefits. Hard and heavy leg workouts enhance the output of anabolic hormones such as Human Growth Hormone, Insulin-like Growth Factors and Testosterone.

This translates into growth, not just in the legs but the entire body. It also increases metabolic rate.

Now, with all that said, why on earth would someone not train legs!

Simple, it is brutal hard work.

Nothing more can be more torturous than a hard leg workout day.

Leg training is as much a mental exercise as it is physical. A trainee needs strong will power to push himself beyond pain to get through an intense leg workout.

Irrespective of your goals – be it attaining a Mr. India physique or shedding the blubber –  proper leg training is a must.
